He has previously worked with Argus Partners and conducted a session at WBNUJS, Kolkata, on practical aspects of arbitration for junior advocates.

Kushank is a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India and the Bar Council of Delhi, practising before the Delhi High Court and various tribunals.
