Semester 1

Skills you'll learn
The 6-Month Advanced Diploma in Arbitration & Mediation (ADR) features interactive live classes led by experienced arbitrators, mediators, and legal professionals. These sessions offer practical insights, role-play exercises, and case discussions that simulate real-life arbitration and mediation settings—enabling learners to confidently apply theory to practice.
A key highlight of the programme is the Project Assignment, designed to refine core legal skills such as research, drafting, and dispute resolution strategy. Participants will work on drafting arbitration clauses, mediation agreements, and negotiation plans, while analysing current ADR trends and judicial developments.
Together, the live classes and project-based learning foster critical thinking, advocacy, and problem-solving skills essential for today’s ADR professionals—equipping students to excel in roles such as arbitrators, mediators, conciliators, negotiation advisors, and litigation consultants across national and international arenas.
