About this Course

The course on Introduction and Conceptual Analysis of Intellectual Property Rights covers the concept and evolution of IP. It will cover the following:

  2. Is intellectual property "Property" within the meaning of Article 300A of the Constitution?
  3. How to identify a comprehensive IP protection for inventions and innovations?
