Prithwish is an independent litigation lawyer practising before the Calcutta High Court and various tribunals. He has significant experience in arbitration, having appeared before eminent arbitral tribunals. He has previously worked with Argus Partners and conducted a session at WBNUJS, Kolkata, on practical aspects of arbitration for junior advocates.

Kushank Sindhu
Advocate, Counsel & Partner, Sigma Chambers (Advocates & Solicitors)
Kushank is a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India and the Bar Council of Delhi, practising before the Delhi High Court and various tribunals. He advises startups and established companies on corporate and taxation matters, and has represented clients in complex tax litigation and money laundering cases. His practice also covers arbitration and insolvency. Alongside his litigation work, he actively engages in academic research and writing.
