Skills you'll learn
The word CV stands for Curriculum Vitae, which is a Latin word meaning “course of life”. In this document, you will have to succinctly describe all your professional life achievements and skill set to show your potential employer why you are the perfect candidate for the job. It is perhaps the most important document that you will draft in your career as this document will either get you the interview or you will be rejected based on this document.
As per a prominent recruiter of a leading law firm in India, a law firm on average receives about thousands of CVs in a day and the HR rejects one CV per minute. Therefore, it is crucial that your CV stands out from the rest of the crowd and you get the golden opportunity for the interview.
Now, remember getting the interview—basis your CV is only the first step. The next step is the most crucial step, i.e. cracking the interview. Not only will you need technical knowledge but you will also need soft skills to grab that dream job.
In this course, we will teach you the right techniques and also provide a step by step guidance on how to draft an effective and professional CV that will ensure that it is not rejected by HR and you get selected for the coveted interview round. Not only that, your CV will be reviewed by our esteemed faculty and you will receive guidance and assistance from our esteemed faculty in drafting the CV.
Also, to ensure that you crack the interview round, we will conduct a pre-interview session, where you will have to give a mock interview. Based on your interview, we will give you feedback and also guide you on areas that may require improvement. This will prepare you for your interview rounds and ensure that you do not give in to pressure but are able to answer all the questions confidently. Not only this, we will also teach you the soft skills that an interviewer is usually looking for in a candidate.
