About Course

Partnership is one of such relationships where persons come together to carry out business and share profits and losses. The course begins with a short introduction module where you will get a general introduction and a historical glimpse of the Indian partnership law. We then walk you through important legal definitions relating to partnership and kinds of partnership. The subsequent module takes you through factors that influence a partnership and the tests to determine partnership relationship. The course also brings a practical insight into the process of registration of a partnership. The course further takes you through legal aspects relating to property of partnership, rights, duties and liabilities of partners. The last module brings out a detailed discussion on the dissolution of partnership business. This module includes 15 videos and all relevant sections.
