Welcome to the course on Corporate Law Method. I am Pradyumna Anil Purohit, and I am really excited to bring you this course. I am an editor at EBC Learning, with experience as a consultant and professor at various top-ranking educational institutions and law schools in India. I did my masters from the University of Warwick, the University of Turin and the University of St. Andrews.

Juhi Roy is the co-author of this course. She graduated from ILS Law College and has previously worked at many top law firms, including Argus Partners, Kolkata, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Network 18 Media and Investments Limited — legal team, Wadia Ghandy & Co. and SA Partners. Her primary expertise is in corporate transactional and corporate advisory work.
