Sagar Singamsetty is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the transport industry. He is also an active academic and teaches Air and Space Laws. He has worked for various international companies based in Europe, including AerCap, TNT Airways, FedEx, and Amazon. Sagar has represented the interests of these companies through trade associations, such as the European Express Association (EEA) and the International Road Transport Union (IRU). As a counsel and lobbyist representing companies in the transport, logistics, and technology sectors, Sagar deals with various legal, regulatory, compliance, and policy matters across Europe and beyond. He graduated from the National Academy for Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) and was awarded a Huygens Scholarship by the Government of Netherlands to pursue a Master’s degree in Air and Space Law at the University of Leiden. Later, he graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) in the area of Data: Law, Policy, and Regulation. Sagar has edited two books titled ‘Contemporary Issues and Future Challenges in Air and Space Law’ and ‘Future of Transport - Opportunities and Challenges’. He also holds the position of Professor of Law (Adjunct) at the Centre for Aerospace and Defense Laws, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India.
